This document states the conditions of sale of licensed and copyrighted materials organized by Jakob Remar.
The definitions used in these terms mean:
Subscriber – a person, legal entity or organization without legal representation who orders or plans to order from the seller, uses other services sold by the seller on the seller’s website, including the consumer.
Consumer – a person who orders or plans to order from the seller, uses other services sold by the seller using the seller’s website, for purposes that are not directly related to the work or business activity of the consumer.
Licensed Material – all photographs, films, video recordings, sound recordings, images created optically, electronically, digitally or by any other means, including those made using photographic negatives, slides, prints, prints, original digital files or their copies, as well as any other products or creations protected by copyright, trademark, patent or intellectual property rights. The Licensed Materials may be used only in accordance with the terms set forth in the license agreements appropriate for the particular types of Licensed Materials available on the Site.
Invoice – An electronically generated or physically printed document issued by the Seller, including information about the Licensing Party, the Licensed Material(s) selected, and the applicable price of the license granted.
